In order to facilitate anyone to renew their ski equipment, PLUM proposes to take back your old pair of ski touring or splitboard bindings, no matter the brand, the type of bindings (inserts or plates) nor the interface system (for splitboard bindings).
We commit to reimburse you 50.00 euros (VAT included) for the purchase of a complete new pair of ski touring bindings PLUM and 80.00 euros (VAT included) for a complete new pair of PLUMsplitboard bindings.
Unmount entirely your old pair of ski touring or splitboard bindings. All brands and type of systems are accepted.
If you think you can’t do it by yourself, ask your nearest and local PLUM dealer.
Buy your new pair of PLUM skitouring or PLUMsplitboard bindings. This deal operation is valid in the following countries: Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Slovenia, Spain, Andorra & Switzerland.

Important : Please keep the purchasing proof (invoice) of your PLUM bindings (see conditions below). Feel free to contact your local PLUM dealer for a clean mounting of your bindings or contact us directly.
Prepare your return parcel with : - Your complete old pair of bindings - Join a copy of your purchasing invoice which proves that you’ve bought a pair of new PLUM bindings, between September 15th 2023 and January 31st 2024- Your bank information (IBAN)- The coupon of your personal contact details

We will come back to you by e-mail as soon as possible to confirm the registration of your reimbursement demand, on condition that it respects the terms and conditions. We will proceed to the reimbursement (only by money transfer) within a 3 months-period maximum from the registration’s confirmation.
After the reception and control of your old pair of ski touring/splitboard bindings, it will be disassembled and sorted by type of material to be recycled. Since the beginning of our adventure, we have partnered with local recycling professionals closed to our manufacture location.
Subject to the respect of the present terms and conditions, only the end-consumers and mountain professional customers* are allowed to take advantage of the reimbursement offer based on the purchase of a complete and new pair of PLUM ski touring/splitboard bindings. The pair has to be bought in one of our official retailers or directly on our e-shop : www.fixation-plum.com/en/
The offerAfter the purchase of a new PLUM bindings, between September 15th 2023 and January 31st 2024, ship back your old and complete pair of ski touring or splitboard bindings. Get a reimbursement offer from 50.00 for ski touring bindings to 80.00 euros (VAT included) for splitboard bindings. This deal is only valid for the purchase of a new PLUM bindings bought in the following countries: France, Switzerland, Belgium, Germany, Austria, Slovenia, Italy and Spain.
The procedure1. To get your reimbursement, you have to ship back your parcel (to the local address of your country), including the following documents and elements:- Your old and complete pair of bindings (ski touring or splitboard), all types, all systems and brands are accepted. -The copy of your purchasing invoice which proves that you’ve bought a pair of new PLUM bindings, between September 15th 2023 and January 31st 2024. The purchasing proof must clearly show the following information: dealer’s name, purchasing date, PLUM product reference/name and its purchased price. - Your bank information (IBAN)- The coupon of your personal contact details
Stamping and shipping costs of your parcel remain at your own expense and won’t be reimbursed. PLUM declines all responsibilities in case of loss or theft of your parcel during shipping time.
2. After reception of your parcel, we will check the compliance of your old pair of bindings along with your purchasing proof. Your request will be registered and you’ll receive a registration confirmation by e-mail. This email will mention if the reimbursement request has been taken into account.
3. If your request is approved, you will get your reimbursement send in a unique bank transfer, within a 3 months-period maximum from the registration confirmation. Then, you won’t be able to request your old pair of ski touring or splitboard bindings. PLUM will not be liable for any bank fee caused by the bank transfer during the reimbursement process.
IMPORTANT: All bindings which are Alpine, nordic, telemark, snowboard or any other bindings which have been modified to be used in ski touring mode won’t be eligible to this offer. Only complete pairs composed by original bindings parts, of the same brand and model, will be accepted for the deal, in functioning condition or not.
PLUM will not accept any incomplete, unreadable or fraudulent reimbursement request.If your request is either incomplete, unreadable or fraudulent you’ll be informed by e-mail. You’ll have the possibility to collect back your old pair of bindings. The shipping costs will be at your own expense, you’ll have 5 days from the reception of the e-mail to proceed to the shipping back claim, beyond this delay your old pair of bindings will be kept and recycled.
Other conditions4. This deal/promotion is valid for people from 18 years-old and older, limited to 2 pairs of bindings maximum per customer, that is to say 2 complete pairs of bindings shipped for 2 pairs of new PLUM bindings bought for one customer. The PLUM deal can be combined with other promotions proposed by the local dealer or on our e-shop.
The PLUM deal doesn’t apply to any grouped order and can’t be combined with ad hoc events promotions.
5. In case where you would return your new pair of PLUM bindings, and if you already had gotten your reimbursement “bindings bonus deal”, you’ll be asked to refund the amount (50.00 or 80 euros).
6. Only complete requests received between September 15th 2023 and January 31st 2024 will be accepted (the parcel must be postmarked between those dates). PLUM will refuse the requests received after the deadline.
PLUM reserves the right to refuse the request if one of the terms and conditions is not valid.PLUM reserves the right to cancel or modify the terms and conditions at any moment without prior notice in case of the occurrence of circumstances getting out of control.
*Mountain guides and mountain leaders, ski instructors, ski rescuers, mountain military forces, mountain firefighters and patrollers. Your professional card/certificate will be requested at the payment.
